Central Library Meeting and Study Room Fee Schedule

 

Meeting and study space is available for rental at the Central Library on 201 W. Mifflin Street (see Meeting Room Policy):

  • Study Rooms: $20 for 3 hour block of time. Rooms are blocked for three hours when reservation is made. The money is a fee to guarantee a room for those people traveling from outside of the South Central Library system.
  • First Floor Conference Room: $40 for 3 hour block of time. Room is blocked for three hours when reservation is made.
  • Bubbler: contact Trent Miller, 266-5975, tmiller@madisonpubliclibrary.org to request use of the Bubbler room on the Ground Floor of the Central Library.
  • Meeting Room 301 or 302: $150.00 for 3 hour block of time during library open hours.
  • Meeting Room 301 or 302: $250.00 for 3 hour block of time after library hours.
  • Combined 301 & 302: $300.00 for 3 hour block of time during library open hours. $500.00 for 3 hour block of time after library hours.
  • Madison Room: $300.00 for 3 hour block of time after library hours.
  • Event fee: $800.00 fee for combined 301 & 302, Madison room and Gallery space. Fees listed do not include caterer costs.
  • Security costs: For events after hours, security costs are $25.00 per hour per guard.

Special requests for variance of fee schedule could be determined at the discretion of the Library Director.
